Andrew Symonds, the former Australian cricketer killed in a car crash in Queensland.
In total he played 26 Test matches and 198 ODI matches between 2004 – 2008.
The investigation done by Queensland’s police suggests Symonds dies in single car accident.
The accident took place around 11 pm on Hervey Range Road, near Alice River Bridge.
Emergency services were also given to Symonds after his accident but we lost him due his multiple injuries.
This is really very tough time for Australian Cricket Team as they have lost 3 legends so far in this year.
First they lost and then Shane Warne, both are suspected to be died by cardiac arrest and now Andrew Symonds in a car accident.
Former Australian Cricketer Mark Taylor called it as “Another tragic day for Australian Cricket Team”.
Mark Taylor said that Symonds was an entertaining guy and was equally good with his bat as well as with ball.
Symonds was given nickname “Roy” by his friends.
Adam Gilchrist, former Australian Captain also reacted like Mark Taylor.
He flooded his post on social media with lot of crying emojis and said “you will always be in our heart Mr. Roy”
