"It is with a very weighty heart that we share with you the death of our cherished Tony earlier today,"
Frank Bilotta and Renee James, Dow's supervisors, declared in a proclamation.
"Tony was a lovely soul - kind, humane, interesting and humble.
It was really a delight to simply associate with him.
His delicate voice and unassuming way was quickly ameliorating and you really wanted to adore him.
No reason for death was shared, yet Dow uncovered in May that he had been determined to have malignant growth.
Dow was pushed into fame at age 12.
